I am an Alleghany native and attended Glade Creek School as a student. I was also a student at Alleghany High School and graduated in 2011.  I attended Surry Community College and obtained an Associates degree and then finished my Bachelors in Education at Gardner-Webb University. I completed my student teaching at Sparta Elementary School. I have a son named Logan, a daughter named Holli, and I have been married to my wife Amber since 2013.
