Mrs. Tracy Rutherford

I am currently an ELL teacher. This is my 25th year of teaching. I graduated from Appalachian State University in 1994 with a degree in Elementary Education (K-6). I also hold a K-12 certification in ESL. I was a classroom teacher for seven years then transferred to the ELL position. I love working with this population and enjoy the rewards it offers. I am married and have two sons.
